Our Standard Shipping within the U.S. is 4-7 days, however express shipping is available for 2-3 day shipping

International Shipping generally takes between 7-14 days but can be longer depending on where you are located. Express Shipping is available in select countries.

You will first receive an email confirmation with an order number stating that your order has been received.  As soon as your package is processed and leaves our shipping facility you will receive a second email with your tracking information.

You can return any item within 30 days of the purchase date. Each item must be unused and in the original packaging. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping. Please email us at info@proshotcase.com with your order number and reason for return so we can process your refund.

We have spent the last two years designing, redesigning, and thoroughly testing the case in every situation we could imagine. We have taken ProShot scuba diving on countless dives without a single leaking case. We have shot it with paintballs from 6 inches away and simply rinsed it off when we were done. Although we do not recommend it, we have dropped our case 20 feet while rock climbing and the only damage was a small scratch. The ProShot Case was created to protect your phone no matter what happens.
Additionally, we test each and every case in a pressurized machine that simulates the water pressure of being 100 feet underwater before they leave our factory.

 

 

Absolutely. One of our primary focuses was to ensure that ProShot will protect your phone and allow it to remain fully functional on cold mountain summits, the hottest beach, and deep underwater. Our insulating case will give your phone maximum protection in the harshest conditions.

In extreme heat, keep your phone out of direct sunlight whenever possible.

 

Salt water is extremely corrosive and it is very important to rinse your case with fresh water after each salt water use.

Do not leave your case in direct sunlight for extended periods of time when possible.

Severe impacts may damage the gasket that is instrumental in protecting your phone. Always re-test the waterproof capabilities of your case after a crash or drop.

We recommend occasionally using a silicon oil to lubricate the gasket. If silicon oil is not available, Vaseline, chap stick, or oil based lotion can work as a substitute.


First of all, we would be just as upset as you. Our biggest fear when starting this company was the possibility of breaking a customer’s phone. We do not take that lightly. We test each and every case before they leave our factory in a pressurized machine that simulates the water pressure of being 100 feet underwater.

We unfortunately cannot guarantee your phone for two reasons. The first is that it opens us up to scams. While the person reading this is probably an amazing person, the reality is that not everyone is. We have already received several emails that we broke a customer’s phone, only to later find that they never even purchased a ProShotCase…  The second reason is that the invincibility of knowing your phone is guaranteed would certainly lead to reckless use. We want our customers to take their phones snorkeling in the Bahamas, not throwing it off a bridge or running it over with their car.

If your phone does break while using a ProShotCase, please contact us immediately. We will ask that you send your case to us so we can inspect your ProShotCase for any manufacturing defects. If you in fact received a defective case we will do everything we can to make it up to you.


We use the highest security settings and have taken all the necessary security measures to ensure that our checkout is safe and secure. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. ProShotCase was created in 2015 by LASO Technologies, LLC a Boston based company. The company was founded on the belief that there is no need to spend hundreds of dollars on an action sports camera when you already have an amazing camera in your pocket at all times.
