All orders can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item as part of our satisfaction guarantee. It must be in the original packaging and in perfect condition with no cosmetic damage. We do not accept returns for used products. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If you return any items please first email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can provide the return shipping address and process the refund.
If the wrong case is ordered and a replacement case is required we charge a restocking/repackaging fee of $10 USD. A $10 restocking/repackaging fee may be applied to returned products with damaged packaging or missing parts.
LASO Technologies will repair or replace any products due to manufacturing defects and we offer a 1 year warranty. The manufacturer warranty only covers products sold directly by LASO Technologies from www.proshotcase.com, amazon.com or any of our authorized retail partners.
