• The protective layer must be intact and not removed in order for the return or exchange to be accepted.
• The fit can be tested above water without removing the protective layer.
• We do not accept returns for used products.
• We do not refund for Priority Mail or Express Shipping costs if your order arrived within its delivery window
• We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Tidal Mask Fit Guarantee: The Tidal Mask is desinged to fit most face shapes and sizes, and we find this mask fits almost 90% of faces. If the mask does not fit as expected you may return your mask for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase, provided it meets our return conditions.
