SHIPPING POLICY

ALL ORDERS SHIP AFTER A 48-HOUR PROCESSING TIME. 
Shipping timeframes below reflect delivery time AFTER your order has been processed -- please allow up to 2 business days for processing. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday should expect shipping to start tracking by the following Wednesday, at the latest. Please plan accordingly.

 

USA SHIPPING (CONTINENTAL US) 
Orders Under $50 have a Shipping Fee of $6.99 for Standard Shipping (4–7 business days).


Orders Over $50:

  • Free Standard Shipping (4–7 business days)

  • Priority Shipping – $19.99 (3–4 business days)

  • Express Shipping – $29.99 (2–3 business days after processing)


HAWAII & ALASKA

  • Free Shipping via USPS only (8–14 business days)

  • Priority Shipping via USPS only – $19.99 (5–8 business days)

  • Express Shipping via FedEx – $34.99 (3–5 business days)

    If you prefer a carrier other than USPS, you must select Express at checkout and we’ll ship with FedEx.


🌏INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Standard International – $14.99

    • Canada, Australia, & New Zealand: 7–14 business days

    • All Other Countries: 14–21 business days

  • Express International – $34.99

    • All Other Countries: 5–10 business days

    • Canada: 5–7 business days

    • All Other Countries: 5–10 business days


International buyers are responsible for clearing customs and paying any applicable local duties or taxes. We are not responsible for any shipping delays due to custom clearance. We recommend tracking your shipment to complete custom duties on time.

Returns: All orders can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item as part of our satisfaction guarantee.

  • Returns: All orders can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item as part of our satisfaction guarantee.

  • Product must be in the original packaging and in perfect condition with no cosmetic damage.

  • The protective layer must be intact and not removed in order for the return or exchange to be accepted.

  • The fit can be tested above water without removing the protective layer.

  • We do not accept returns for used products.

  • We do not refund for Priority Mail or Express Shipping costs if your order arrived within its delivery window

  • We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

  • Please email our Customer Support Team at info@proshotcase.com to arrange your return.

​Tidal Mask Fit Guarantee: The Tidal Mask collection is designed to fit most face shapes and sizes, and we find they fit almost 90% of faces. If the mask does not fit as expected, you may return your mask for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase, provided it meets our return conditions.

  • If the wrong case is ordered and a replacement case is required, we charge a restocking/repackaging fee of $10 USD. A $10 restocking/repackaging fee may be applied to returned products with damaged packaging or missing parts.
