We are extremely proud of the products we sell and strive to provide the best customer experience possible. We are confident in the quality of our products and offer a 1 Year Manufacturing Warranty for any defective parts.

In the unlikely event of a manufacturer defect that causes the case to leak, LASO Technologies will GUARANTEE THE REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF YOUR iPHONE for any water damage that occurs while using any ProShot product still under warranty in the manner specified below.

LASO Technologies requires the defective case to be shipped back to our headquarters for inspection by our engineers. The case in question will undergo a rigorous testing procedure and if it is determined to be defective we will immediately issue full compensation for the replacement of the iPhone and ProShotCase. The ProShot Protection Guarantee does not cover any ProShotCase or iPhone that is lost or stolen. The case must be shipped back to the ProShot Headquarters in Boston, MA, in order to receive any compensation.

IMPORTANT: To receive any compensation, it is required that the iPhone replacement is made through either the customer’s insurance provider (if applicable), or directly through Apple. ProShot will not be liable for any replacement costs greater than the “Out of Warranty” replacement fee offered by Apple. Details for “Out of Warranty” replacement costs available in the following link: https://support.apple.com/iphone/repair/service. Any alternative replacement method must be pre-approved by ProShot in order to receive compensation. If a ProShotCase is damaged and leaks, stop using it immediately. ProShot will not provide compensation to a customer who continues to use a damaged or defective case.
